DR HANS LEMIJ
Hans Lemij is a Glaucoma Specialist at the Rotterdam Eye Hospital in the Netherlands. His own research activities focus primarily on glaucoma. He has published approximately 40 papers on glaucoma in international peer-reviewed scientific journals, as well as a handful of chapters on glaucoma in various textbooks. He has acted as co-promotor in 5 doctorate theses on glaucoma, and 3 more are under way. He regularly gives courses in glaucoma in the Netherlands and abroad. He is the President of the Dutch Glaucoma Group. He established the Imaging Morphometry Association for Glaucoma in Europe (IMAGE) in 2002. He holds a position as Visiting Professor in Glaucoma management at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium.
